Not Serious Patient

Doctor Scott has been having problems making this patient obey her orders. He does not take his medication, does not do the exercises she asked him to do, and he does not show up to his appointments. Dr. Scott decided to teach this uncooperative patient a lesson and give him a reason to obey her orders and show up to appointments.
